This beautiful 14K white gold cameo and onyx flip ring is a double delight! Two rings in one, this ring has one side which showcases a dramatic black onyx cabochon with a sparkling round brilliant cut 0.025 carat diamond securely four prong set inside a diamond setting. Flip the onyx side over and the other side displays a classic carnelian shell cameo in the profile of a beautiful maiden. The entire filigree setting is awash in ornate detail and finished with dewy millgrain edging. The setting of this very special work of art measures a regal 1 inch high by 5/8 inch wide.

Ring size 6 3/4 and can be expertly sized by our jewelers. Optional ring sizing is orderable separately above.
