The meticulously detailed geometric filigree openwork is a wonderful background for 3 shimmering round brilliant cut diamonds ( April Birthstone ) of F/G color and VS/SI clarity for a total diamond weight of approximately 0.21 carat. This vintage Krementz brooch has a lever safety catch for security, and measures 2 1/2 inches wide by 3/16 inch high.
