I needed it to replace a charm I lost last year from my original charm bracelet that I have actually had since I was 9 years old (way back in 1958) and it was brand new then. I think I put the last original brand new charm on it in 1967. Anyway, although the charm I lost was a phone, the graduation cap fits perfectly and since I never got one for my own high school or college graduations, it is perfect.
