We realize that the majority of holiday purchases are intended as gifts, so we invite you to shop risk-free with us during the holiday season. We stand behind every item we sell with a 100% satisfaction guarantee and hope that your jewelry purchase exceeds your expectations.

If for any reason you need to make a return after the holiday, you may return any unworn and undamaged jewelry item purchased from us from November 1 - December 25, 2016 for a full refund or exchange as late as January 5, 2017 or up to 30 days after your order was delivered, whichever is later.

Free Gift Wrap

Your fine jewelry purchase will be ready to give in a beautiful jewelry gift box inside of a coordinating outside gift box, suitable for wrapping. We do not offer gift wrapping, but if you would like a free attractive Christmas gift bag and tissue with your order, please request one from us in the comments section of the online order form, or you may request one by telephone.

FREE Shipping on Holiday Orders

We are pleased to offer our valued customers FREE Shipping during the holiday season on ALL orders received by December 14, 2016 to be shipped to US addresses.

Depending on the value of your order and destination address in the United States, your order will be upgraded free of charge, and your package will be shipped via insured Federal Express or USPS shipping to be received in time for Christmas.

Please follow the Holiday Order Deadlines above and we guarantee your order will be delivered by Christmas!

Due to security precautions required for insured jewelry packages, an adult signature is required for the receipt of ALL packages regardless of any signature waivers you may have on file with Federal Express or the United States postal service. Signature release waivers are not honored for insured packages. Items will not be left on a doorstep or without a signature, and Federal Express will not ship to a post office box. All customers are urged to inspect their packages for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt. Orders are not shipped out on Saturday or Sunday. If you are planning a surprise or if no adult will be at your home to sign for your order, please note alternate methods of delivery below.

We realize that jewelry is often given as a surprise. Your order will be shipped in a Federal Express box much larger than the jewelry inside, approximately the size of a 3 ring note binder (12.5x11x1.75 inches)or larger with NO jewelry related words on the outside of the package, including our company name, which would give any indication of what is inside.

We always ship FREE to APO / FPO and other military addresses, but can not guarantee delivery times to those addresses. We recommend placing orders for overseas military addresses 1 month before Christmas.

Shipping to an Address other than the Customer's Billing Address

If you will not be home to sign for your order, the Antique Jewelry Mall can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, when you order merchandise to be shipped to a destination other than your billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. To help us to expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address.

Federal Express Hold At Location Option (Hold For Pickup)

If for any reason you are not available to sign for a package during the day, if you do not want a package sent to your home address, or if you do not want to have a package sent to an alternate address, such as a work address, we may be able to arrange to have your order sent to a Federal Express Staffed Location near you to be held for pickup at your convenience. Many US cities have Federal Express Staffed Location offices with Saturday hours and hours from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm Monday - Friday. Please call us toll free at 800-292-4900 to speak with a customer service representative if you are interested in more information regarding Federal Express Hold at Location options for US shipments, or if you would like to place an order using this option.

Federal Express Saturday Delivery Options

Saturday delivery to most US addresses is available for a $12.50 additional charge with optional Federal Express Priority Overnight Shipping ($30.00). Please call us toll free at 800-292-4900 to confirm service availability for your desired delivery address and to place an order with Saturday Delivery.

International Orders

The Antique Jewelry Mall does not at this time offer free shipping on international orders. All international orders are shipped insured via Federal Express for delivery in 1-3 business days after verification of delivery address and payment information with your credit card provider. For more information on international deliveries, a list of countries and associated shipping charges is viewable HERE.

We declare all international shipments at full value. We do not collect any United States sales tax on international orders, but any additional Duty fees, Customs, VAT, Import Taxes, or other point of entry charges for shipments outside of the continental United States that may be owed to a foreign country are to be paid by the customer.
