If you have received a FedEx tracking number via email from us, you may track your package below.
Order Status Codes
Review:
Your order has been received and will be reviewed within 1 business day.
On Hold:
On hold orders will not ship until the hold reason for the order has been resolved.
Pending:
Your order is pending final payment to us from your bank and will go into warehouse status when we receive payment.
Warehouse:
Your order has been approved and is being prepared for shipment by our jewelers.
Please Note: If you have ordered an item with a delayed shipment time (as noted in the description of the item) OR if your order includes ring sizing, your order will not ship until it has been completed by our jewelers.
For orders which include ring sizing, please allow 7-10 additional business days after the first business day your order was received until the time your order will be completed for you by our jewelers and ready to ship.
Shipped:
Your order has shipped, and we have sent you a shipment confirmation email message with your package tracking information to the email address you originally provided with your order.
All orders are insured and securely shipped with adult signature required upon delivery and will not be left unattended.
If you have received a Federal Express tracking number for your order via email from us, you can track the status of your package by entering your FedEx tracking number or door tag number in the box below, then click

If you have placed your order with a United States insured mail shipping option (please allow 5-7 business days for delivery), there will not be a tracking number issued for your package, as the United States postal service does not at this time offer an online or telephone status tracking option for First Class and Registered Mail.
