Order Status Codes
Your order has been received and will be reviewed within 1 business day.
On hold orders will not ship until the hold reason for the order has been resolved.
Your order is pending final payment to us from your bank.
Your order is approved and paid in full and is being prepared for shipment by our jewelers.
For orders which include ring sizing, please allow 5-7 additional business days after the first business day your order was received until the time your order will be completed for you by our jewelers and ready to ship. Your order with ring sizing will show "warehouse" status during this time.
Warehouse status explained: If your order includes one of the following: (1) an item which is being crafted for you (2) an item with a delayed shipment time noted in the description of the item, OR (3) if your order includes optional ring sizing
Your order will not ship until it has been completed by our jewelers and will show "Warehouse" status until it is shipped.
We use a secure order system used by large companies, and "Warehouse" status does NOT mean that an order is sitting in a warehouse somewhere. The words used to describe our order status codes, including "Warehouse", can not be changed in the order system. We are not able to create custom order status codes like "Ring Order is Being Sized" or "Ring is Being Crafted by our Jewelers".
Your order has shipped, and we have sent you a shipment confirmation email message with your package tracking information to the email address you originally provided with your order.
All orders are insured and securely shipped with adult signature required upon delivery and will not be left unattended.

If you have placed your order with a United States insured mail shipping option (please allow 5-7 business days for delivery), there will not be a tracking number issued for your package, as the United States postal service does not at this time offer an online or telephone status tracking option for First Class and Registered Mail.
