This simply elegant antique Art Deco aquamarine engagement ring reissue in 14K rose gold features a beautiful natural sky blue aquamarine ( March Birthstone ) of 0.85 carat at the center of exquisitely detailed floral filigree openwork, framed with a carved wheat pattern down the sides of the band.
This sublime solitaire aquamarine ring rises 1/4 inch off the finger, measures 7.2 millimeters wide at the top of the ring, and tapers down to 1.7 millimeters wide at the bottom of the band.
