Set into the filigree gallery and sides of the ring are 14 blue sapphires ( September Birthstone ) for a total of 0.22 carat in blue sapphire accent stones, and 4 round brilliant cut diamonds of F/G color and VS clarity for a total of 0.08 carat side diamond weight. Total diamond weight for the entire ring including the center diamond is 0.34 carat.
The two outward facing sides of the ring feature an engraved wheat pattern which lovingly frames an unusual highly detailed carved leaves pattern on the middle outward facing sides.
