Circa 1950's, this elegant Retro Moderne 18K white gold and diamond vintage engagement ring features a shimmering round brilliant cut diamond ( April Birthstone ) of approximately 0.20 carat, I/J color and SI3 clarity (inclusions in the diamond are white and difficult to see) set in a secure six prong buttercup setting. This one-of-a-kind diamond solitare ring measures 7.6 millimeters wide at the top of the setting, with the band of the ring measuring 2.1 millimeters wide, and the setting rising 7.1 millimeters off the finger.
