This beautiful and substantial 14K white gold flip ring is two rings in one! One side showcases a dramatic black onyx cabochon with a sparkling round brilliant cut 0.025 carat diamond securely four prong set inside a diamond setting. Flip the onyx side over and the other side displays a carnelian shell cameo in the profile of a beautiful maiden with a genuine round brilliant cut 0.025 carat diamond set pendant necklace! The entire filigree setting is ornately hand finished and overscored with dewy millgrain edging. The setting top of this very special work of art measures a regal 1 inch high by 5/8 inch wide, rises 3/8 inch off the finger.

Ring size 6 and can be expertly sized by our jewelers. Optional ring sizing is orderable separately above.
