This unusual filigree cocktail ring in sterling silver features 2 shimmering elongated hexagonal step-cut bezel set blue topaz ( December Birthstone ) for a total of approximately 1.30 carat. This unique antique reproduction filigree ring design measures 3/4 inch long by 1/4 inch wide and sits 3/16 inch off the finger, and is a perfect vintage style "right hand" ring.
