With regard to the quality of the ring design, please note that this ring is crafted from an original antique model. The location of the side stones is fixed in the original model, does not move or change from ring to ring, and is the same model as in the photo in our online store. There is not any version of this ring with deeper or shallower side stone placement than shown in the exact photo of this ring model.
You mention diamond several times in your comment. The center stone and side stones on this ring are all white sapphires, (not diamonds). White sapphires of the small size used on the sides of the ring do not have the same fire and brilliance of diamonds, (and are also not as costly as diamonds). Because of this, the small white sapphire accent stones can appear a bit duller than a diamond of comparable size. This slight dullness of the side white sapphire stones as compared to diamonds may be what is being perceived as "a bit too deep". White sapphires are a beautiful and affordable alternative to diamond, but only diamonds have the fire and brilliance of diamonds.
Upon looking at your order details, we note that you ordered ring sizing when you ordered online through the shopping cart. The time frame stated for ring sizing was clearly shown at 5-7 business days on the item page, which you would have seen when you chose ring sizing as an option when you placed your order. This order was finished and shipped on the 5th business day after sizing was completed, exactly when promised. We are unclear as to what you mean when you stated that your ring "wasn't finished on time", as your ring was finished exactly on time, in fact, 2 days earlier than the longest time stated at checkout (7 days).
You ordered free shipping initially when you placed your order online, but from your comments, it sounds like you may have expected free shipping to be faster than what is clearly stated on the website and in the shopping cart, at 5-7 business days for FedEx ground delivery. When your order was completed on time and ready to ship, you contacted us and paid for a faster shipping method in order to receive your order sooner than the scheduled free FedEx 5-7 day ground shipping option you had originally chosen. We offer expedited shipping at an additional charge for the convenience of customers who may have waited too long to place an order, so that they can receive their order sooner than the 5-7 days estimated for free FedEx insured shipping.
The best way to take advantage of our free insured FedEx shipping (5-7 days) is for customers to plan their purchase ahead of time, allowing for the stated time for their ring order to be sized, and for additional shipping time (5-7 days) for optional free shipping.
