At its center is a lovely shimmering 0.28 carat EGL graded round brilliant cut diamond ( April Birthstone ) of G color and VS2 clarity, securely set in a four prong setting. The diamond solitaire is framed with detailed engraving on the top of the ring which creates an illusion effect, making the diamond appear "larger" than its actual size. Measurements for the ring are 7 millimeters wide at the top of the ring, tapering down to 1.3 millimeters at the bottom of the band, with the ring sitting 6 millimeters off the finger.
