At its center is a bright and beautiful round brilliant cut 0.34 carat EGL graded diamond ( April Birthstone ) of G color and I1 clarity in a secure 6 prong setting, framed by 2 shimmering round brilliant F/G color and VS clarity diamonds totaling 0.02 carat.
