"Dear Susan, I don’t know how to begin to say thank you. I spent a little over a month learning all I could about diamonds (C’s), then about platinum v. white gold. I located your store one day while querying for Antique and Art Deco rings; and if I may say, to start off I was truly impressed. But when I called mainly with questions, you had no rush and stayed on the phone to guide me and compare the different rings I was debating.
I am 29 years old and have found a woman like no other in the world, hence wanted the ring to match. It will be my first engagement/marriage and I believe it is very personal, which is why I feel the way I do inside, and want to let you know how much it meant to me when you said you would wait for the diamond and view it carefully so that it is what the GIA certification said it was. And when you called me and told me your personal and then professional opinion, I trusted you, and am glad I did.
Well, I received the diamond November 18, 2005 and believe me, I was nervous. I opened it and I was absolutely stunned, it was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined or expected. I called you later that
afternoon, not to just say that I received it precisely when you said I would, but moreover how happy I am!!
I told you that the perfect ring to depict that perfect person is something very personal, and I do not know where to begin to say thank you. You assisted me and were more than patient with all my questions.
You never urged me into anything, and you were more than knowledgeable on everything (girdle, table, rhodium plating, C’s, etc..). I could not be happier. I want to tell you thank you. A personal thank you to you. And I want to say thanks to all those at Antique Jewelry Mall for creating a perfect ring. I will tell my future wife
Jennifer about my experience, and we now know where to find our wedding bands. Thank you." - Adrian R.
