Set into the filigree gallery and sides of the ring are 14 blue sapphires ( September Birthstone ) for a total of 0.22 carat and 4 round brilliant cut diamonds for a total of 0.08 carat. Total diamond weight for the ring including the center diamond is 0.38 carat. The two outward facing sides of the ring feature a wheat pattern which lovingly frames an unusual highly detailed leaves pattern on the middle outward facing sides. This gorgeous ring measures 8.5 millimeters wide at the top of the ring, tapering down to 2.65 millimeters wide at the bottom of the band.
