This romantic flip ring is meticulously executed from an antique original in 14K yellow gold intricate open work filigree and features a lovely carnelian hand carved shell cameo which flips around to reveal an onyx back set in the center with a single cut diamond of 0.01 carat, in a white gold milgrain diamond setting.
