Sixteen antique rose cut diamonds totaling 0.16 carat frame the gorgeous sapphire. Even the solid gold band divides itself before meeting the center as if to avoid competing with this regal sapphire for the eye's attention. Measuring 13.2 millimeters high by 12 millimeters wide, this extraordinary ring tapers down to 2.85 millimeters wide at the bottom of the band and sits 5 millimeters off the finger.
