FREE Secure Shipping

The Antique Jewelry Mall is pleased to provide FREE insured shipping for ALL United States orders.

We also offer free insured shipping to countries outside the US, with various order minimums. Learn more about International orders and International shipping.

FedExUSPS


Depending on order value, your package will be shipped insured for full value via the United States Postal Service or Federal Express Ground Delivery Service for delivery in 3 to 5 business days from date of shipment from us.

If you require faster service, you may choose to have your package shipped via FedEx 2 Day or FedEx Overnight service at an additional charge. Rates for Federal Express shipments are viewable in the cart before checkout, using our shipping calculator. Orders are not shipped out on Saturday or Sunday.

All customers are urged to inspect their packages for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.

Due to security precautions required for insured jewelry packages, an adult signature is required for the receipt of ALL packages regardless of any signature waivers you may have on file with Federal Express or the United States postal service.

Please note: The Antique Jewelry Mall will only ship to a street address, not a P.O. Box address. We gladly ship to APO / FPO and other military addresses.

All orders include an attractive matching gift box for an elegant presentation. Our attached jewelry tags never include pricing. Your jewelry will arrive securely in its gift box, ready for giving.

 

 

Confidential Discreet Shipping

We realize that jewelry is often given as a surprise. Your order will be shipped in a Federal Express box much larger than the jewelry inside, approximately the size of a 3 ring note binder (12.5x11x1.75 inches) or larger. The address label and shipping box have NO jewelry related words on the outside of the package, including our company name, which would give any indication of what is inside.

 

 

Signature Requirements for Delivery - Important Information

For your protection, your order will be shipped to you insured for full value. Due to security precautions required for insured jewelry packages, an adult signature is required for the receipt of ALL packages regardless of any signature waivers you may have on file with Federal Express or the United States postal service. Items will not be left without a signature or on a doorstep, and Federal Express will not ship to a post office box. If you are planning a surprise or if no adult will be at your home to sign for your order, please note alternate methods of delivery below.

Shipping to an Address Other than the Customer's Billing Address

If you will not be home to sign for your order, the Antique Jewelry Mall can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. Delays in shipping and order processing are most often caused when we are unable to verify that both a customer's shipping and / or billing address are on file with their credit card provider, so please be sure to provide us with current and correct information when you place your order.

As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, when you order merchandise priced at $750 or more to be shipped to a destination other than your billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. To help us to expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address.

If your shipping address differs from your billing address, and we are unable to verify your shipping address with your with your credit card provider, you can have your order shipped to the original billing address provided with your order.

If you have received a USPS or Federal Express tracking number for your purchase from us and would like to track your package online, CLICK HERE.

Federal Express delivery service has proven to be an exceptionally reliable and safe courier, but weather and system delays beyond our control may occur and Federal Express overnight deliveries may be delayed on occasion until the second business day.

If you have placed your order using our Free United States Mail to Military APO/FPO option, please allow up to 21 days for delivery.

Important note: If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc., the carrier may accept the signatures of mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery. Upon signature or acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. The Antique Jewelry Mall is not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.

 

 

Hold Package at FedEx Location Option (Hold For Pickup)

If you are not available to sign for a package during the day, or you do not want a package sent to your home address, or to an alternate address such as a work address, we may be able to arrange to have your order sent to a Federal Express Staffed Location near you to be held for pickup at your convenience. Many cities have Federal Express Staffed Location offices with Saturday hours and hours from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm Monday - Friday.

Saturday Delivery

If you need to have your package delivered on a Saturday, we may be able to arrange for your order to be delivered on a Saturday via Federal Express Saturday Service, which is available, for an additional fee, to most major cities in the United States. If Saturday Service is unavailable in your area, we may be able to arrange for you to pick up your package at the Federal Express Staffed Location with Saturday hours nearest you.

Because Saturday Delivery via Federal Express is not available in all areas, Saturday Delivery is not an orderable option online at this time, so if you require Saturday Delivery for your order, please call us toll free at 1-800-360-5970 and a customer service representative will be happy to arrange this for you.

 

 

Order Shipment Times

All items orderable online (these items have an "Add To Cart" button on the item page and can be added to the shopping cart for purchase) are in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise specified in the item description.

 

  • We ship Monday through Friday, and the majority of orders ship the same day or the next day.
  • Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, Monday - Friday (holidays excepted) with customer paid Federal Express delivery options ship the same day.
  • Federal Express does not deliver our parcels on Saturdays or Sundays.
  • Please allow one week additional time for orders which include optional ring sizing.
  • Please note that items which are custom made to order will ship after the item has been completed by our jewelers, for delivery in the specified time frame shown on the item page. Paying for an express shipping method will not speed up the time it takes for our jewelers to complete a custom order. Once your order is ready, it will ship via the ship method you choose at checkout.

Shipment of Multiple Items from One Order with Different Availability Times

All items ordered shipped to the same address on the same day will be shipped together. Items available on different dates will all ship at the same time when the last item is ready to ship. Please contact us by telephone to place your order if you wish to add customer paid shipping to your order to receive separate shipments at different times.

 

 

Change of Address after a Package Has Been Shipped

Your order will be sent to the delivery address as given by you to us when you place your order online or by telephone. Please note that packages will NOT be delivered without a signature from an adult present at the delivery location, and signature release forms are not accepted for insured packages.

We are unable to redirect or change a delivery address for any package which has shipped via US Mail.

For FedEx shipments, if you need to change your delivery address after we have already shipped a FedEx package out to you, FedEx will charge us a non-refundable $20 fee for address correction, which you will need to pay to us by credit card before redirection of the in-transit package to your new desired delivery address.

Use of P.O. box numbers and P.O. box ZIP codes within the U.S., incorrect ZIP codes or postal codes, omitted suite numbers or apartment numbers, and the use of old street addresses for recipients who have relocated are also examples of addresses which may require correction, and which are billed a correction fee to us by the carrier, so please be sure of your delivery address when you place your order.

 

 

Undelivered and Refused Shipments

If you are placing an order with us and there is not an adult at your delivery address to sign for your package upon delivery, please note that Federal Express will attempt in-person delivery three times at the delivery address provided with your order and will then return the package to us, at their own speed and at an additional shipping cost to us.

If you would like to place an order with us but have specific dates or times when you will be available to sign for a package at your delivery address, please feel free to contact us by telephone when placing your order so that we can assist you in planning a delivery time frame for your order which is convenient for you.

When Federal Express attempts a delivery and the customer is not available to sign for the insured package, the courier will leave a delivery notice or "door tag" at the delivery address as proof of attempted delivery. After you have received a "door tag", you can call Federal Express with the door tag information and arrange to have the package delivered to your original delivery address on another date, or you can also pick up the package in person from Federal Express.

If you refuse a shipment on an order which you have placed with us, OR if you miss the three scheduled Federal Express delivery attempts to your delivery address and your undelivered order is returned to us, there will be a $20 return shipment charge deducted from your refund for the cost of the Federal Express return shipment to us. The remaining refund for your order will be processed within 3 business days of the date we receive the unopened returned package from Federal Express. We do not process refunds for merchandise returns not received by us. Please note that any future orders which we receive from a customer who has previously refused a shipment or had a shipment from us returned to us undelivered after 3 delivery attempts would need to be paid by wire transfer only. This is because cancelled orders incur unrecoverable costs in the form of shipment fees and credit card transaction fees on both the original payment to us and the subsequent refund to your card.
