This romantic Art Deco filigree ring in sterling silver features a natural shimmering pink sapphire ( September Birthstone ) of approximately 0.42 carat, securely 4 prong set, and flanked by 2 round single cut diamonds totaling 0.01 carat, set in a cage of meticulously detailed exquisite pierced filigree.

Measuring 6.2 millimeters wide at the top of the ring and tapering down to 1.7 millimeters wide at the bottom of the band, this lovely pink sapphire filigree ring sits a low 3/16 inch off the finger and is an excellent choice for a promise ring.

Ring size 7 3/4 and can be expertly sized by our jewelers. Expert ring sizing is orderable separately above.
