"I just wanted you to know that I received my replacement ring yesterday and I absolutely love it. It was a bit of a rocky road, with the first ring being stolen in the mail and having a stone fall out of the second, but I like this one the best, so there must have been a reason! Plus your customer service was simply excellent through all the ups and downs. I am a fan for life. Thanks so much," - Naomi S.
