Canadian Customers
Orders to Canada can be placed directly online through our checkout.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Klarna payments for orders to Canada totaling under $5,000 USD.
For orders over $5,000 USD, payment needs to be via wire transfer. To place an order via wire transfer, please contact us so that we can provide you with our bank routing information. More information about payment methods for Canadian orders is viewable here.

UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand Customers
For orders totaling under $5,000 USD, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna payments, and bank wire transfer payments. Orders by payment card will need to be shipped to the address of record on file with your credit card company.

Payment for all Other Countries
To place an order for international delivery, if your order total is less than $3,000 USD, you can place your order online directly through our secure shopping cart.
All International orders paid via credit card must have the SAME billing and shipping address, to protect our customers against fraud.
If your order total is over $3,000 USD, and is being shipped to a destination outside the United States, Canada, Australia / NZ, Ireland, or UK please call us to place your order by phone at 1-760-260-9120 (USA)

Due to the difficulty in verification of International billing and shipping address information with some foreign banks, International orders from outside the United States, Canada, Ireland, Australia / NZ or UK totaling over $3,000 may need to be prepaid in full with U.S. funds by a credit or debit card issued by a United States bank, or by wire transfer. To place an International order via wire transfer, please contact us so that we can provide you with an order total purchase amount in United States dollars, and with our bank routing information.
Please note that not all items sold at the Antique Jewelry Mall are available for International delivery. If we are unable to verify that your billing/delivery address is associated with your payment method, we reserve the right to cancel an international order before charging your card. Exchange Rates for Foreign Orders
All pricing for items at the Antique Jewelry Mall is in US dollars, and pricing shown in the shopping cart and checkout pages is in US Dollars. Your credit card will be charged in US dollars.
Any currency conversion shown on our site is a general pricing guide based on daily published international exchange rates. The accuracy or completeness of foreign currency conversion rates shown in our store is not guaranteed, because we have no influence over international exchange rates.
The EXACT currency conversion rate for your International order will be determined by your bank, as rates of exchange available to the consumer are determined by bank payment card providers and differ between financial institutions.
If you are unsure of how much your purchase will convert to in your currency, please contact the issuing bank for your payment card with the total proposed purchase amount in United States dollars, and request the exact total in your currency according to your bank's rate of exchange.
Sales Tax and Customs Duties
We do not collect U.S. sales tax on international orders.
All duty fees, customs charges, VAT, import taxes, and any other entry fees required by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer or the recipient.
In most countries, duties and taxes must be paid before customs can release your package. The amount depends on the item’s value, where it was made, and the destination country’s regulations.
We ship all international orders via FedEx International Priority. Customs clearance services provided with FedEx international shipping are designed to help smooth the import process for goods intended for use within the destination country.
If duties or taxes are due, the recipient will receive an invoice by phone, mail, or email with instructions for payment.

Secure International Shipping
All International orders are shipped fully insured, via Federal Express (FedEx), after our verification of your delivery address and payment information with your credit card provider, or after our receipt of payment in full via wire transfer from your bank. Undelivered and Refused Shipments
Please Note: If you refuse a shipment on an order which you have placed with us, if you decide that you do not want to take delivery of an item because you do not want to pay customs fees to your government, or if you miss the scheduled Federal Express delivery attempts to your delivery address and your undelivered order is returned to us, the Federal Express shipping charges for both (1) the return shipment from your country and (2) your original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund once the returned shipment has been received by us.
Shipment of Items Back to the USA for Ring Sizing or Warranty Repair
To send an item to the Antique Jewelry Mall in the USA for ring resizing or warranty repair without having to pay taxes and duties on the return shipment, you will need to state that the item is a "REPAIR AND RETURN" as your reason for export from your country to the USA.
Be sure to ship your order via an insured method, as the Antique Jewelry Mall is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit and not received by us. We will do the same when we return your item to you. This way you should NOT have to pay taxes or duties on the item when our return shipment reaches your country.

30 Day Return Policy

If after receiving your order, you would like an exchange, credit, or full refund, we will gladly accept the return of your item at your shipping expense within 30 days of the day you received your order.
