1 Year Warranty

We take great pride in the fine jewelry we offer. All jewelry is inspected before shipment, and is guaranteed to be as described, of genuine precious metal and gemstones, and of consistent high quality and value.

For items over $450, we offer a 1 Year Warranty at no additional charge, which covers the workmanship of your item of fine jewelry against manufacturing defects, so that you can be confident about your purchase now and in the future. Warranty coverage is available only to the person who purchased the covered product directly from us, and is not transferable.

Regardless of original cost, if you have damaged your item, or if it needs refurbishment due to wear and tear (and if it can be repaired), you can contact us about repair options. If your item can be repaired, our expert jewelers would be happy to repair your item at our wholesale cost plus return shipping charges.

Our warranty does not cover damage in the course of wear, bent, caught or worn-out prongs, discoloration of metals or gemstones due to exposure to chemicals, damage to diamonds or gemstones, loss or theft of diamonds or gemstones, or any gemstone or diamond replacement, and is valid only at the Antique Jewelry Mall.

Improper repair, any alterations by a jeweler other than the Antique Jewelry Mall after purchase from us, or warranty service performed by anyone other than the Antique Jewelry Mall will void this warranty, due to the fact that the integrity of a jewelry item can be seriously compromised by improper repair.

Please note that warranty repairs are based upon the Antique Jewelry Mall's inspection and sole determination and expressly exclude coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and theft.

The Antique Jewelry Mall disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty of any item, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
