After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation message with an order status link. You can click on that link anytime for order status information online.
You can also add your mobile number to your order status page if you would like to receive text updates for your order once it ships. If you did not receive an order confirmation email message, be sure to check your spam or trash folders.

Order Status Codes
Your order has been received, and will be reviewed within 1 business day.
The following item types will not ship until completed by our jewelers, and will show "Thank You" status on the order status page until they have been shipped.
- An item which is being crafted for you
- An item with a delayed shipment time as noted in the description of the item
- A ring which includes optional ring resizing. For orders which include ring sizing, please allow 3-6 additional business days after the first business day your order was received until the time your order will be completed for you by our jewelers and ready to ship.
Your order has shipped, and we have sent you a shipment confirmation email message, with your tracking information to the email address you originally provided with your order.
Out for delivery:
Your order is in your area and will be delivered soon, usually same day.
Your order has been delivered.
All orders are insured and securely shipped with adult signature required upon delivery and will not be left unattended.
