Crafted in 14K yellow gold, it is set with a galaxy of 27 lustrous round white "cream rose" cultured pearls each measuring 3.5 millimeters in diameter. Set atop the brooch in the center of a gold love knot is a natural round brilliant diamond of VS clarity and I color totaling 0.12 carat.
