Circa 1960's, this lovely vintage heart shaped pendant in 14 karat yellow gold features a cluster of seven securely prong-set cultured pearls glistening from the upper right side of the heart shaped charm. The starburst engraved pattern adds a classic straight-line groove design radiating from the top corner of the heart, and the back of the heart features a high polish, flat surface that is perfect for engraving.
