This unique old european cut diamond has rare ruby inclusions inside of the stone, which are actual ruby crystals which grew inside the stone when the diamond was formed, millions of years ago. They can be seen in the photo as pinkish red spots at the center of the stone. These ruby inclusions are not visible to the unaided eye but are clearly evident under microscope magnification.
