Circa 1960's, these lovely heart shaped sapphire and diamond stud earrings in 14K white gold feature a classic mid-century asymmetrical hearts design. Securely 4 prong set with 2 round brilliant cut sapphires ( September Birthstone ) for a total sapphire weight of 0.25 carat and 2 full round brilliant cut diamonds for a total diamond weight of 0.03 carat, these lovely one of a kind sapphire earrings measure approximately 1/4 inch wide by 1/4 inch high and feature comfortable 14K butterfly backs with notched posts for security.
