Circa 1930's, this classic and elegant antique sapphire and diamond engagement ring in lavish platinum is set with a beautiful royal blue round brilliant cut 1.43 carat sapphire ( September Birthstone ) in a secure 4 prong fishtail setting, framed by shimmering 2 baguette diamonds of 0.08 each and 2 single cut diamonds of 0.03 each for a total diamond weight of 0.22 carat for the ring. All diamonds in the ring are a clean VS clarity and H color. Measuring 6.8 millimeters wide at the widest point, the ring gradually tapers down to 1.45 millimeters at the bottom of the ring and sits 6.6 millimeters (approximately 1/4 inch) off the finger.
