This gorgeous very ornately detailed antique replica diamond and sapphire engagement ring in lavish platinum features a romantic scrolls and wheat engraved pattern on all 3 outward facing sides bordered by light scattering milgrain edging. This classic 1920's engagement ring mounting design has a substantial feel and is set with 28 shimmering round brilliant cut diamonds of F/G color and VS clarity for a total carat weight of 0.40 carat for the ring. Total sapphire weight for the ring is 0.18 carat.
