Intaglio carvings have been engraved into gemstones since the days of the ancient Greeks. Circa 1950's this handsome vintage 14K yellow gold hematite intaglio ring is bold and eye-catching. The lustrous charcoal gray colored hematite intaglio, measures 7/16 inch wide x 9/16 inch long, and features the profile of a Greek warrior at the center. The band measures 1/2 inch wide at the top of the ring and tapers down to 1/4 inch wide at the bottom of the band. This striking ring is a size 9 3/4 and can be expertly sized by our jewelers.
