Celebrate a special birthday with this unique vintage charm in 14K yellow gold, circa 1960's. At its center is a cake of 3 filigree hearts, topped with 3 red gemstones and a white enameled candle, framed by an engraved "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" message. The back of the charm has a high polish finish and is perfect for engraving. Measuring 3/4 inch high by 5/8 inch wide, this vintage happy birthday pendant features a 14K yellow gold split ring bail that makes it perfect to wear on a favorite neck chain or easily and securely attaches it to a charm bracelet.
