At its center is a lovely shimmering round brilliant cut 0.45 carat natural white sapphire ( September Birthstone ), securely set in a four prong setting. The white sapphire is surrounded by detailed engraving on the top of the ring which creates an illusion setting effect, making the stone appear "larger" than its actual size.
Measurements for the ring are 7 millimeters wide at the top of the ring, tapering down to 1.3 millimeters at the bottom of the band, with the ring sitting 6 millimeters off the finger.
