Flip the onyx side over and the other side displays a classic carnelian shell cameo in the profile of a beautiful maiden. The entire filigree setting is awash in ornate detail and finished with dewy millgrain edging. The substantial setting of this very special work of art measures 1 inch high by 5/8 inch wide.
