This classic Art Deco filigree antique reissue diamond engagement ring in lavish platinum features a beautiful round brilliant cut diamond of 0.45 carat, E color, and VS1 clarity. The center diamond is set low in a secure flush 4 prong bead setting and framed with a light scattering millgrain edge on the top of the ring which creates an illusion setting effect, making the diamond appear "larger" than its actual size.
The shoulders of this simply elegant ring are set with 1 round brilliant cut diamond on each side, of E/F color and VS clarity, for a total of 2 diamonds and 0.04 total carat weight for the side diamonds.
Measuring 6.3 millimeters wide at the top of the ring and tapering down to 1.5 millimeters wide at the bottom of the band, it rises a low 3.5 millimeters off the finger.
The low profile style of this 1920's ring design makes it an excellent choice for anyone who would like an heirloom quality diamond ring with antique style detail, which will not "catch" on things and get in the way of a busy daily routine.
