This original vintage 1950's Retro solitaire diamond engagement ring is a study in elegant simplicity!
Crafted in two tone white and yellow gold, it features a center solitaire Old European cut diamond of 0.17 carat, set into a classic white gold illusion box setting which elevates and enhances the appearance of the diamond, making it seem larger than its actual size!
In excellent pre-loved condition with a high polish, this lovely mixed-metals Mid Century Modern vintage engagement ring measures 5.7mm wide at the top of the setting and rises 6.5mm off the finger. The yellow gold band has a gradual taper from 2.4mm wide on the sides of the setting, down to 1.5mm at the bottom of the band.
