This simple Art Deco ruby engagement ring in 18K white gold features a beautiful natural red ruby ( July Birthstone ) of 0.86 carat, securely four prong set in a millgrain prong fishtail box setting with delicate artisan carved scroll pattern engraving down the sides of the ring. Four shimmering F/G color and VS clarity round diamonds totaling 0.06 carat frame the center ruby in a show of brilliance.
Measuring 6.1 millimeters wide at the widest point at the top of the ring, this vintage style ruby engagement ring tapers down to 1.9 millimeters at the bottom of the band and sits 6.4 millimeters off the finger.
In the European tradition of having a ruby as the centerpiece of an engagement ring, this classic 1920's engraved ruby ring makes a wonderful alternative to a usual diamond engagement.
