This uncommon ring in 14K white gold meticulously detailed filigree features an asymmetrical shield design, set with 2 sky blue topaz ( March Birthstone ) totaling 1.75 carat, and set diagonally across the center with 4 round brilliant cut diamonds for a total of 0.02 carat.
