This finely crafted 1920's vintage eternity diamond wedding ring features an uncommon hand engraved filigree shields pattern around the ring. At the center of each shield is a brilliant natural single cut old diamond, for a total of 12 diamonds in the ring. Measures 5 millimeters wide.
